Welcome to Berinsfield Health Centre! We’ve included a few pieces of information below which you might find helpful.  

Opening Times

We’re open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm excluding bank holidays.  

Making an Appointment

At Berinsfield Health Centre, we use a same day triage system for GP appointments, starting with an initial telephone consultation. 

The GP will then arrange for a face-to-face appointment with you where appropriate. 

The easiest way to book an appointment is through the NHS app or you can call us on 01865 340558. 

We encourage patients to see their registered GP for continuity of care, but other GPs are available for urgent needs.  

Online Services

We encourage patients to register for online services if they are able. This will allow you to schedule appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view your health records. Using online services – NHS   

Please note that to complete your online registration, you will need to visit the surgery with photographic ID for verification or verify online. 

Medication and Prescriptions

If you’re on repeat medication, please schedule an initial consultation with our Clinical Pharmacist who will review your medication with you.  

For ongoing repeat prescriptions, you can order these online, through our website or by emailing berinsfield.prescriptions@nhs.net.  

Please note that we cannot take repeat prescription requests over the phone.  

Berinsfield Pharmacy is conveniently located in the same building to us but is unaffiliated so for pharmacy queries, please call 01865 341114.
