PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY IN PERSON. YOU WILL ONLY BE SEEN IF NECESSARY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

If you have a health concern or symptoms that are not COVID-19-related please contact the surgery by calling 01865 340558 or reception.berinsfield@nhs.net.

All appointments are initially by telephone. The doctor or practice nurse will do all they can to help you over the phone. However, if they feel you need to be seen face-to-face, safe arrangements for this appointment will be made.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms you need to self-isolate for 7 days. You can visit NHS 111 online to get support and advice. Only phone 111 if you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home or they are getting worse, or you do not have internet access. NHS 111 will direct you to the most appropriate service.

The most important thing you can do to stay safe, protect your family and protect your NHS is to follow Public Health advice to stay at home and keep your distance from other people.
