Change of Registered GP

Due to various changes at the practice with regard to workload and working patterns, some patients ‘ registered doctor at  will be transferred to Dr Fran Fieldhouse  with effect from 21.01.2022.

Patients have been notified and are asked to let the practice know as soon as possible if they object to this. However, whilst we will endeavour to reconsider this decision, it may not be possible to stay on the list of the doctor that they are currently registered with.

Patients will still be able to see any other doctor at the practice.
