Issues with Electronic Prescriptions issued to Berinsfield Pharmacy

Dear Patients,

Berinsfield Pharmacy has been experiencing internet connection issues  since Tuesday 19th April which means they have  been unable to consistently download prescriptions issued electronically. If this is your nominated pharmacy and you have requested a prescription on either Tuesday and Wednesday of this week please be aware there is likely to be a delay in your prescription to be ready.  We will be providing printed prescription scripts for Berinsfield Pharmacy until the situation is resolved.

We are not aware of any issues affecting other pharmacies.

UPDATE 21/04/2022: 12:30 – the issue has been resolved. The Berinsfield Pharmacy staff will now do their best to deal with the backlog.
