Phased return to routine care

Dear Patients

To ensure we are meeting our duty of care, we are introducing a phased return to routine care.

We will do this by creating special clinics (8.40 am – 10.45 am, Monday to Friday) where we will be calling patients who are due for their routine blood tests.

These appointments will be spaced out in time so there is time to use the correct PPE and we reduce contact between patients as much as possible.

We will not have more than 3 or 4 patients at a time in the waiting room.  You will be asked to leave the health centre by the emergency exit door, so there is only one flow of movement.

We ask you not come to the practice before 10.45 am unless you have a pre-booked appointment.
