Under 65’s and Children Flu clinics

Dear Patients

Our next Flu clinic for patients aged 18-65 in a clinical risk group ( see below) will be on:

• Tuesday 29th September 5.30-6.30 pm- FULL
• Friday 2nd October 5.10pm-6.30 pm- FULL
• Wednesday 7th October 8.45 am -9.45 am- FULL
• Wednesday 14th October 4pm -5.30 pm – FULL
• Friday 16th October 4pm-5.20 pm-FULL

The next Children flu clinics will be held on:

• Monday 5th October  11 am -12.10 am
• Tuesday 13th October 3.30-4.45 pm
• Wednesday 21st October 3.45-5.15 pm

Those eligible to receive flu vaccine are among the following:

• Everyone over the age of 65 years.
• At Risk Children of school age
• Patients who are currently pregnant
• Registered carers.
• Usually anyone with any of these chronic diseases
• Asthma (only if on inhaled steroid medication) or other chronic lung disease ( e.g. COPD).
• Cardio-vascular disease, previous stroke or TIA.
• Diabetes
• Chronic Liver disease
• Chronic Kidney disease
• Neurological disease ( MS, Parkinson’s)
