Well Being Walks at Nuneham Courtenay Arboretum
All patients are invited to join us for a series of free guided wellbeing walks at the beautiful Nuneham Courtenay Arboretum.
The sessions are led by an Education Officer from Oxford University, alongside a Social Prescriber from our surgery, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect with nature, enjoy gentle exercise, and meet others in the local community.
Everyone is welcome and there is no cost to attend.
